Information you provide

When you contact Coduvo Dev Studio or use the Website Planner, you may provide contact details, business information, website goals, audience information, services, page selections, design preferences, domain details, pricing selections, launch requirements, and other information needed to evaluate or prepare a project.

Files and business assets

The Website Planner may accept logos, photographs, brand guides, brochures, documents, testimonials, and existing website content. Submitted files are used to evaluate and prepare the requested project. Do not upload passwords, payment-card information, private customer records, medical information, government identification, or other unnecessary sensitive data.

How project information is used

Submitted information may be used to review project fit, prepare recommendations or estimates, generate site plans and content drafts, communicate about requested services, create project records, prevent abuse, and maintain appropriate legal and business records.

AI-assisted processing

Coduvo may use artificial-intelligence tools to assist with organizing intake answers, producing outlines, drafting content, recommending page structures, identifying missing information, and supporting website production. Submitted information should be reviewed before it is sent to a third-party AI provider, and unnecessary sensitive information should not be included. Final content is subject to professional and client review.

Pricing estimates

The Website Planner calculates nonbinding planning estimates from selected pages, add-ons, hosting plans, and other options. The displayed amount is not an automatic acceptance, invoice, or final quote. Coduvo reviews scope, files, technical requirements, and custom-functionality flags before confirming pricing.

Marketing attribution

Inquiry and planner submissions may include the page visited, referring page, and advertising parameters such as UTM source, medium, campaign, term, or content, as well as common advertising click identifiers. This information helps Coduvo understand which outreach and advertising efforts generated a genuine inquiry.

Website and server data

The hosting server may retain standard technical logs such as IP address, request date and time, requested URL, referrer, browser information, response status, and security events. The planner also applies submission rate limits and stores a one-way network-address hash with the project record for abuse prevention.

Cookies and local browser storage

The public site does not require an advertising cookie to display its pages. The Website Planner uses browser local storage to save unfinished form progress on the visitor's device. Uploaded files are not stored in browser autosave. Planner progress can be cleared using the form's “Clear saved plan” control or the browser's site-data settings.

Sharing and service providers

Personal and project information is not sold. Information may be processed by service providers used for hosting, email, security, backups, project management, analytics, automation, AI assistance, scheduling, payment processing, or other business operations, subject to their applicable terms and safeguards.

Retention and security

Planner submissions and uploaded files are stored outside the public website directory and are retained only as long as reasonably needed for project evaluation, communication, active work, legal obligations, security, dispute handling, and business records. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You may request correction or deletion of submitted inquiry or planner information when it is no longer required for an active project, legal obligation, dispute, fraud prevention, security, or legitimate business recordkeeping purpose. Clearing browser storage removes the unfinished planner copy from that device but does not delete an already submitted project record.
